Helix sprayable anti-corrosion protection.

Helix Anti-Corrosion spray is a specially formulated solution for vehicle underbodies and rust protection. Helix creates a transparent protective layer that prevents the formation of rust and corrosion by repelling moisture and halting existing rust on flat surfaces and in crevices.

Formulated with corrosion inhibitors, Helix can be applied to the entire vehicle underbody.

Finish:

Unlike other underbody protection products, Carbon Collective Helix Anti-Corrosion spray dries within minutes, leaving a satin-dry finish that prevents dust and dirt buildup on the surface.

Durability:

The development of Helix took over two years and involved testing various formulations to find the best solution. Tests were conducted with daily exposure to saltwater solutions and English winter conditions (similar to those in Estonia). As a result, Helix provides at least 12 months of protection for vehicles in year-round use (6 months during winter and 6 months in summer). Vehicles used only on weekends in fair weather remain protected for even longer.

Compatibility:

Helix can be safely used on alloys, steel, chrome-plated and painted finishes, suspension rubber components, and underbody plastics.

It has been found useful as a general rust protectant and deterrent for garage and garden tools, as well as external metal surfaces where rust protection is essential.

How to apply (spray bottle):

For best results, it is recommended to use Carbon Collective Elixir salt remover before applying the product.

Thoroughly clean the surfaces before applying the corrosion protection to remove loose dirt, ensuring maximum adhesion to the surface. Spray generously from top to bottom, ensuring uniform coverage over the entire surface. In narrower areas, press the liquid into cracks and crevices to protect them from the inside. Allow the surface to dry completely before driving in wet conditions.

How to apply (with extension nozzle – coming soon):

Remove the existing spray nozzle from the extension hose and replace it with the nozzle featuring the extension trigger. Tighten the sprayer fully and then turn it back 1/4 turn. Slowly insert the brass nozzle into the crevice until you feel some resistance. Begin pumping with the trigger once the nozzle starts spraying, slowly withdrawing the hose while covering the interior surfaces of the detail.
